第4回　子育ち・子育てまちづくりセミナー「子ども連れ外出バリアフリー教室」


○開催趣旨

子育ち・子育てまちづくり特別研究委員会のセミナーも四回目となりました。今回は、昨年に引き続き、子ども連れで外出する際のバリア体験を通して、子ども連れで外出しやすい交通環境はどのようなものか考えたいと思います。今回のセミナーでは、東京都交通局とコンビ株式会社のご協力を得て、実際に乳幼児やベビーカーと一緒に、東大構内および周辺を歩いたり、都営バスのノンステップ車両の乗降を体験していただきます。後半では、子ども連れで外出しやすい交通環境を実現するために、行政、民間、NPO、子育て世帯、その他の世帯など、多様な主体がどのように協力し役割分担していけばよいかについて議論していきます。

「子ども連れの人は、外出のときにどんなことに困ってるの?」

「ベビーカーでバスに乗るとき、どんなことに気を付けたらいいのかな?」

そんな疑問に応えるセミナーにしていきます。子育て中の方もそうでない方も、皆様のご参加を心よりお待ちしております。

３．交通まちづくりのビジョン構築
　交通まちづくりのビジョンや計画・戦略をどう描き，市民や議会にどのように
説明して交通まちづくりを進めるかをテーマに，宇都宮市，金沢市，岡山市の取
り組みの状況を紹介いただき，討議を行います。２月に宇都宮市で開催した当小
委員会・地方WSでの議論についても報告いただきます。

について，交通まちづくりとの関連に着目して紹介いただきます。これを踏まえ
て制度のあり方に関する論点整理を行い，議論を展開します。

国際会議DTA2012（4th International Symposium on Dynamic Traffic Assinment)

DTA2012は，もっぱら動的交通量配分の理論や方法論をあつかう国際会議です．
この会議は，これまで２年に１回ごとに，世界各地（リーズ大学(DTA2006)，
ルーベンカトリック大学(DTA2008)，岐阜県高山市(DTA2010)）で開催されたDTA
シンポジウムのシリーズの4回目にあたるものです．これまでの会議では，国際
的に著名な研究者や若手の研究者を含む多くの方々が参加し，活発な議論がかわ
されました．

今回は，ペンシルバニア州立大学Terry Friesz教授をConference Chairとし，
米国マサチューセッツ州にて開催される，との連絡が来ております．11/1にアブ

Hong Kong Society for Transportation Studies (HKSTS) and Department of Civil and Structural Engineering, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University

THE CONFERENCE
The 5th International Symposium on Transportation Network Reliability (INSTR) will be held in Hong Kong from 18-19 December 2012, which is jointly organized by The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and Hong Kong Society for Transportation Studies. The INSTR series is the premier gathering for the world’s leading researchers and professionals interested in transportation network reliability, to discuss both recent research and future directions in this increasingly important field of research. TOPICS
The scope of the symposium includes all aspects of analysis and design to improve network reliability, including:
-  User perception of unreliability and vulnerability
-  Public policy and reliability of travel times

PAPER SUBMISSION
To present a paper at this event, an extended abstract (1000 words) should be submitted electronically (word or pdf format) to the organizers at secretary@instr2012.org by 15 January 2012 for the first-round review. If the abstract is accepted, a full length manuscript will need to be submitted by 15 June 2012 for final evaluation. The evaluation will be undertaken by referees drawn from the International Scientific Committee of the INSTR and other prominent researchers from around the world. Final acceptance of a paper will thus be based on peer review of the full paper. Authors of accepted papers will be asked to produce a final camera-ready manuscript in Word format by 15 September 2012, for publication in the proceedings of the Symposium.
