12．第12回インターナショナルサマーシンポジウム論文募集 Call for Papers to the Twelfth International Summer Symposium
・Organized by The International Activities Committee (JSCE)
・Scope
The International Summer Symposium provides a platform for international students and engineers to present, discuss and exchange their research interest in English. International students and engineers are strongly encouraged to participate in the Symposium. From last time, full papers will be reviewed. (Note: International students and engineers include Japanese, overseas students and engineers who are interested in international activities.)

Funabashi Campus, College of Science and Technology, Nihon University
・Registration fee
Participants are charged 2,000 yen for registration. The registration fee must be paid prior to the event day just after participants receive the acceptance letter for submitted papers.
・Payment
The detailed information on registration fee payment will be provided in the acceptance letter. Without paying the registration fee by the deadline, the corresponding papers will not be accepted. One proceeding will be provided to authors of one paper. Proceedings will also be provided to the participants by paying the registration fee at the registration desk on the event day. A Drinking & Uniting Party will also be provided free of charge for all participants.

・Submission Details
1) Papers must be submitted with a Registration Form. Papers and Registration Forms should be typed in English.
2) Papers must be submitted by June 8th, 2010 to the International Affairs Section, JSCE. The allowable maximum number of papers by the same author(s) is limited to two.

3) The submitted papers will be reviewed by the International Activities Committee. The decision of the Committee will be informed by e-mail or fax to the presenting authors by the middle of July. An acceptance letter, comments from reviewers, and the information on the registration fee will be sent to the authors.
4) Modified Papers must be submitted and registration fee must be paid by the middle of August to the International Affairs Section, JSCE.
