CALL FOR PRESENTATIONS APPLICATION FOR PRESENTATION
Those who are interested should apply for presentation through the online application system at J-STAGE.

Deadline for Application: March 5 14:00, 2009 - The deadline is postponed.

The application system is only in Japanese unfortunately. If you do not have any Japanese colleagues in your neighborhood, please contact Executive Committee.
Choose an appropriate session among Organized Sessions or General Session.
Only one presentation is allowed for a participant in each session.
The content of presentation must be original.
Acceptance of application will be notified by e-mail.
HANDLING FEE (including BOOK OF EXTENDED ABSTRACTS and CD-ROM)
A handling fee of 10,000 Japanese Yen should be paid for each accepted presentation. Method of payment is as follows.
The handling fee should be paid into the following bank account by March 16, 2009.

Amount of Payment: 10,000 Japanese YenCharge for the remittance should be paid by the remitter.

The handling fee will not be refunded even in case of cancellation of the presentation.
SUBMISSION OF MANUSCRIPT FOR EXTENDED ABSTRACT
Those who are accepted for presentation should submit two-page extended abstract in PDF format through the online submission system at J-STAGE.
Format of Extended Abstract: See either PDF or MS-Word.

Deadline for Submission: 17:00 April 24, 2009 - The deadline is postponed.
SUBMISSION OF FULL PAPER (OPTIONAL)
Full paper may be submitted after the congress. The full paper will be subjected to peer review and, if accepted, will be published in proceedings "Theoretical and Applied Mechanics Japan" later. The guideline for authors can be downloaded from AUTHORS INFORMATION.

PARTICIPATION REGISTRATION
All registrations should be made on site. No pre-registration is available.
Registration fee is free.
BOOK OF EXTENDED ABSTRACTS (including CD-ROM)
A book of extended abstracts (8,000 Japanese Yen) will be available on site. Note that it will not be available after the congress.
PRESENTATION
Time for presentation will be informed.
A video projector (except for PC) and an overhead projector will be available for presentation.
