企画テーマ 企画テーマ(英訳)	交通制度論（制度研究） Governmental Institution for Transportation Service and its problems
企画概要	1990年に出版された土木学会編交通整備制度は，土木計画学において制度論研究に積極的に取り組む契機となった．この間，社会情勢も大きく変貌し，交通整備やサービスに関わる制度も多くの改編がなされてきた．本セッションでは，都市・地域に関わる空間整備制度を含めた交通制度に焦点をあて，その現状，課題，制度研究の方向性について広く議論を行うことを目的として構成する．
企画概要(英訳)	The publication titled “Governmental Institutions and Financing for Transportation Infrastructure”, published by JSCE in 1990 is one of the triggers for many researchers to focus on the government institutions in the field of Infrastructure Planning. Meanwhile, many institutions for transportation services reorganized its programs in accordance with the changing social issues and concerns. This session will discuss about the institutions assigned to improving transportation systems, services and spatial improvement, with respect to the present condition, related tasks and future improvements for institutional studies.
