| In December 2021, the Japan Society of Civil Engineers established the “Research Subcommittee on the Application of New Technologies in the Concrete Field toward Carbon Neutrality” and published the Concrete Library165 “Implementing new technology for achieving carbon neutrality in concrete field” based on its activities over the past year and a half. This report outlines the library and describes the challenges and future developments toward carbon neutrality. | |||||
