【抄録】 これまで筆者等は、災害時における情報伝達の体制整備によって達成される 地域への情報伝達効率を評価することを目的に、住民の災害時における情報 伝達行動を調査によって把握し、モデル化する研究を進めてきた。本研究で は、従来研究から得られたモデル理論を適用することにより、住民間の情報 伝達に加えて、様々な伝達メディアによって行われる情報伝達過程を表現す るシミュレーションシステムを開発した。このシステムを利用することによ り、災害の進展過程や情報伝達戦略に対するシナリオに基づく種々の地域、 状況における災害情報伝達の効率化の検討を、行政の防災担当者などの一般 の利用者が簡便に行うことが可能となる。
<Abstract> All this while, for study efficiency of dissemination of disaster information, we have been developing the simulation model. Based on the simulation model, we built the general-purpose system that has made possible user study dissemination efficiently of disaster information at the process that the disaster develops, and on the scenario for transmitting information. This simulation system is possible to express the situation that information is transmitted with various media. This system uses GUI to simplify operations for general users. And updating and adding new features to this system are very easy.
