【抄録】 論文の抄録（邦文） 近年の社会･経済の変化に伴い建設事業に対する国民の要求として低廉で高品質なものが求められている。しかし、現行の個別的な建設工事実施という枠組みでは建設コストの縮減化にも限界があると考えられる。本研究では複数プロジェクト間での共同化･協調化をコンセプトとしたマルチプロジェクトマネジメントの概念を導入し、建設コスト縮減という問題に対してアプローチを試みた。そこでは共同化･協調化を行う対象として様々なものが考えられるが、本研究では地方部の大規模都市・地域開発事業を事例として取り上げることから建設工事費に大きな影響を及ぼす「建設土」に着目し、マルチ建設プロジェクトプランニング＆スケジューリングモデルによる分析を試みた。 |

<Abstract> Abstruct(英文） In this study effective simulation tool for multi-construction-project planning is developed from the planning and managerial viewpoint as follows: At the first stage simulation system for multi-construction-project planning had been developed in this study last year is reviewed to clarify objective for new model building. At the second stage multi-construction-project planning and scheduling model with minimum transportation cost of soil is formulated from the viewpoint of cooperation based on the relation between supply and demand considering balance of soil among multiple project. At the final stage hybrid model concept is studied through combining multi-project planning and scheduling model which had been already developed and multi-construction project planning and scheduling model formulated in the second stage. |
