【抄録】 我が国の経済情勢は思わしくなく、経済不況脱出のための合理的・綿密な総合的施策の 策定方法の開発が必要とされている。そこで本研究においては、マルチプロジェクトプ ランニングの観点より、計画的検討プロセスの上流部において、下流部である建設段階 の問題に検討を加えることによって、十分な実行可能性を確保すると同時に建設段階で のコスト低減化のための方策を、先取り的に取り入れた事業実施計画策定のための方法 論の構想化を行い、そこでの効果的シミュレーションツールの開発を目指すと同時に建 設段階のマルチプロジェクト計画化の有効性の検討を行っている。
<Abstract> In this study multi-projecting method is studied from the planning and managemental viewpoint as follows : A cooperating planning problem between multiple land development project through cooperation is supply and demand relation considering balance of soil among multiple projects is studied and the cooperation concept is formulated as multi-projecting concept between multi-projects from the view point of construction project management for multiple land development of integrated urban　development. After formulating multi-projecting concept, it is examined that the effect of introduction of multi-projecting planning method through experimental computer simulation of multi-projecting planning in case study at Maihara urban development.
