街路事業における道路事業住民説明用システムの構築 Architecture of Street Planning Presentation System for Resident

【抄録】 地域住民の街路事業に対する理解と協力を得られやすくし、事業の執行を円滑にするには、地域住民へ政策決定の情報を正確、かつわかりやすく伝えられる説明方法が必要であり、さらには地域住民の意見を反映した形で、行政・地域住民が一緒になって住環境にプラスとなる政策を作り上げる仕組みが必要と考えた。本論文では、視覚的にわかりやすく、任意の視点場を設定できるコンピュータ・グラフィックス（CG）に着目して、汎用性の高い道路事業住民説明用システムを構築することを目的とする。そして、構築したプロトタイプシステムを実際に街路事業の住民説明に使い、その有効性を検証する。
<Abstract> The realization of smooth execution of public street enterprise and good communication with residents needs the way of easy and right explanation which the residents understand the street planning, and the scheme of administration and residents make the nice housing environment together. Nowadays Computer graphics technologies are melting with network technologies, and many new hot technologies are coming out. In this paper, the street planing presentation system for residents established by using computer graphics. The applicability of the presentation system is made clear using in the real project.
