生活活動空間における公共輸送網計画支援システムの構築 Development of Supporting System for Public Transportation Planning in Space of Human Activities

【抄録】 本研究は日常生活に必要な公共輸送網を計画する際に不可欠な情報について検討し、その提供を容易にする支援システムの構築を行うものである。この中で、今後の公共輸送網計画の策定には｢行政｣、｢運輸事業者｣、｢住民｣がそれぞれの視点に基づく路線案をまとめ、関係主体相互間で納得のいく調整が必要である。本研究で提案する計画支援システムはGISにより空間情報と交通関連情報を統合して処理し、また各々の関係主体毎に必要な計画情報を要求に従って作成できる。また、構築した支援システムを用いて、既存路線評価と新規路線設定の具体例を検討することにより、計画策定における支援システム導入の効果を確認できた。
<Abstract> In this paper, it examines important information to public transportation planning that is necessary for the human activities, and we develop the supporting system which makes the presentation of information. Adjustment between the administration, the transportation business companies and the inhabitant is necessary for the decision of the future public transportation planning. A supporting system is able to the unification of the geography information and traffic information by using GIS, and this system can present the planning information that is necessary for every standpoint. The effect that introduced a supporting system could be confirmed by examining the case of the evaluation of the existent bus network and the addition of the new bus route by using the support system.
