【抄録】 紙図面として整備されてきた道路台帳付図をデジタル化し，GISで利用するための方法を検討した．そして，新規図面の整備段階において，安価に容易に整備するための手法としてRTK-GPS測量を利用して基準点となる位置参照点を設置することを考え，その手法の有用性を確認した．既存の道路台帳付図を有効に利用する手法を確立したことによって，貴重な資産を無駄にすることなく，GISにおける基盤データの利用が実現できる．さらに，RTK-GPS測量によって安価に図面の整備を行えることを実証できた．
<Abstract> The usage method in GIS by digitalizing the road register formerly maintained as the paper was investigated. The easy and lower-cost method for maintaining new drawings using RTK-GPS survey was made in setting up the location reference points, and the usefulness of this method was certified. To establish the method for using existing road register, these data is used in GIS without loosing assets. And more, the way for maintaining GIS data using RTK-GPS survey was confirmed in lower cost than before.
