【抄録】 　本研究は，Bridge Management System(BMS)の根幹である橋梁維持管理データベースシステム（DBSBM）の構築および，点検報告書作成支援システム（IRPS）を構築したものである．さらに，DBSBMへの入力作業の効率化を図るために，IRPSを用いた，点検データのDBSBMへの更新手順を提案している．DBSBMは，橋梁管理機関本部と各管理事務所が同一データを共有するために，Web上での使用を可能としている．また，DBSBMの入出力にXMLを用いることにより，橋梁データの汎用性を高め，著者らが開発しているBMSの他の機能で活用することを可能としている．従来は，維持管理業務におけるBMSの各サブシステムの位置付けが不明確であったため，本研究では，DBSBM，IRPSおよび各サブシステムの位置付けを明確にしている．
<Abstract> This paper presents a database system for bridge maintenance management (DBSBM) and an inspection report preparation system (IRPS) for periodic inspection that have been integrated into a Bridge Management System (BMS) developed by authors. In order to improve the efficiency of the input function of DBSBM, an updating procedure of the inspection data using IRPS is proposed. DBSBM is designed to be a web-based system so that the bridge management organization headquarters and each branch office of bridge management organization can share the bridge data. Moreover, applying the XML to the input and output function of DBSBM, the system is able not only to extend application of data, but also to potentially make full use of some other functions of BMS. Furthermore, compared with the former BMS, the proposed study can significantly clarified the position of DBSBM, IRPS and the other subsystems in the integrated BMS.
