【抄録】 抄録（邦文）従来は廃棄されていた掘削岩を有効活用し，原石山依存量の縮減，土捨場の規模縮小など環境負荷軽減型ダム事業のあり方が注目されるようになってきた．これを背景に，本論は，ダム事業の各種工事で発生・収容する材料の量・質・時間特性をデータベース化し，工事主体間の動的利用調整を支援するシステムを開発した．このシステムは，工程計画，輸送ネットワーク計画，コスト計画（工事間材料割当て計画）等，密接に関わりをもつサブシステムで構成される．本論ではこれらを量・質・時間的要素により統合化するとともに，計画案を環境負荷，工期，事業費のバランスで比較評価するサブシステムを付加して構成した．
<Abstract> Abstract（英文）A type of dam projects that mitigates environmental load has been beginning to attract attention， such as utilization of excavated rocks， reduction of disposal areas. From this background， quantities， qualities and time characteristics of the materials， that were generated in various constructions， were made into a database and the system to support the dynamic use adjustment among construction subjects was developed by this study. This system consists of various closely related subsystems including the plans of construction schedule， transport network and cost. The study includes integration of these above， in addition to a subsystem to evaluate plans.
