【抄録】 （財）日本デジタル道路地図協会(DRM)では，全国デジタル道路地図データベース標準制定10年を機に，今後のデータの更新及び利用を見据えて，「汎用性」と「拡張性」を兼ね備えた新標準「DRM標準フォーマット21」を2001年にまとめた．本報告では，まず，DRM標準フォーマット21のコンセプトについてまとめる．特に地理情報の時空間管理に関して，データ構造と管理手法の点からの考察を行う．最後に全国デジタル道路地図データベース作成における「データの鮮度向上」の取り組みについて説明し，現在行われつつあるDRM標準フォーマット21を用いたデータ作成と管理についての検討を行う．
<Abstract> Japan Digital Road Map Association (JDRMA) has made the new standard of digital road map database since 1998. One of the main purposes of new standard is to manage the database using spatial temporal information and construct the systems that can input the near future data and supply the latest data efficiently. In this paper, we discuss the way to manage the near future data using the update archive data and spatial temporal differential data.
