抄録（和）：
1995年兵庫県南部地震による一庫ダム基礎岩盤への影響を､特に透水性の変化に着目して考察した｡地震後1年目の基礎漏水量は､多くの排水孔で地震前年を上回ったが､その値は湛水初期における経験値の範囲内であった｡すなわち､強震動により､基礎岩盤の局所的な透水性が変化し､一時的に湛水初期の状態に戻る傾向が生じたと考えられる｡また､地震後2年目以降の漏水量は､多くの孔で減少傾向を示し､現在は再び地震以前の平衡状態に近い状態となっている｡

Influence of the 1995 Hyogoken-Nambu Earthquake on the foundation rock of Hitokura Dam was examined, focusing on changes in permeability. Leakage from many foundation drain holes one year after the earthquake was higher than in the year preceding the earthquake, however, was within the range of values observed during the initial stages of filling. It is therefore thought that the earthquake caused local changes in permeability, thereby causing a temporary return to the initial stages. Two years after the earthquake, leakage from many drains began to show a tendency to decrease, and have now returned to the pre-earthquake levels.
