兵庫県南部地震・神戸海洋気象台の加速度記録について

抄録（和）：
1995年1月17日午前5時47分に発生した兵庫県南部地震は､気象庁によるとM=7.2､震源は淡路島北端で､深さは約14kmである｡この地震では､RC中層建築物の中間層の破壊が数多くみられたが､原因の1つに水平動に激しい上下動が加わったことが指摘されている｡また､地盤中の土要素の応力経路を考えると､水平動と上下動の位相差によって破壊線への接近度が異なる｡このように､水平/上下動の位相特性の評価は耐震工学における重要な課題のひとつである｡本報告では､神戸海洋気象台の加速度データに基づき､水平/上下動の位相特性について調べた｡

The Hyogo-Ken Nambu earthquake occured January 17,1995 at 5:47 a.m.near the city of Kobe.This earthquake was M = 7.2 and caused over 5,000 deaths and property damage in a highly urbanized arla of Japan.We studied amplification characreristies and Phase characteristics of the ground motion by using strong earthquake records obserbed at Kobe J.M.A.during this event.And we found out that the Phase difference between the horizontal acccerelation component and vertical one varied regularly according to the frequency.We also investigated the cause of this regularity.
