Ocean Engineering Newsletter is a public medium for sharing information
and expressing your opinion related to civil engineering in the ocean.
We invite articles from a variety of perspectives in the field. Please
write your article using A4 paper in PDF or MS-WORD format and submit it
from the bottom. Submitted articles will be reviewed by CCEO and accepted
articles will appear on this page.
