Registration Fees

Payment must be made in Japanese Yen (JPY).
Paper presenters must do registration with payment before June 7, 2011.
Early fee prior to June 28, 2011
Normal fee from June 29 to August 13, 2011
Late fee and On-site fee from August 14, 2011 on

Delegates Fees

Paper presenters must register as either a Regular participant, even when he/she is a student. The registration deadline for paper presenters is June 7, 2011, to be included in the proceedings and to present the paper at the conference.
One person is allowed to make only one oral presentation.

Regular participant

Includes participation in all Technical sessions and Technical visit, Coffee breaks, Ice breaker reception, Book of abstracts, Conference Banquet and Proceedings.

Student

Includes participation in all Technical sessions and Technical visit, Coffee breaks, Ice breaker reception, Book of abstracts and Proceedings (Excludes Conference Banquet).
Paper presenters must register as regular participants.

Accompanying guest

Includes attendance to Technical visit, Icebreaker reception and Conference Banquet.
