企画テーマ 企画テーマ(英訳)	旅行時間信頼性評価の視点 Views on Travel Time Reliability Evaluation
企画概要	従来の交通サービスの量的な充実のみならず，サービスの質を評価し向上させることの重要性に関する認識が広がっており，旅行時間信頼性評価の実務展開のニーズが非常に高まっている．このような背景の元，国土交通省および各高速道路株式会社が中心となり，所要時間信頼性評価指標の試算が様々実施されている．その際，交通サービスの安定的供給という観点から見た信頼性評価指標およびその評価と，利用者への情報提供という観点から見た評価指標は必ずしも一致しないと考えられる．本セッションにおいては，様々な視点に対して適切な信頼性指標について試算結果を元に議論を重ねることで，旅行時間信頼性評価指標および手法の方向性を議論する．
企画概要(英訳)	Reflecting an increasing importance of evaluating a quality of the service as well as its quantity, the needs for practical implementation of travel time reliability evaluation has been emerging. The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism as well as each highway company therefore has been carrying out a trial calculation of the travel time reliability evaluation. At the calculation, one should recognise that an index for evaluating the stable service from a viewpoint of road managers does not generally coincide with a measure for informing a punctuality of a transport service to travellers. The aim of this session is to bring together researchers and professionals interested in the travel time reliability analysis to discuss the appropriate indices for reliability evaluation from various points of view and the further direction of the travel time reliability evaluation methods.
