企画テーマ 企画テーマ(英訳)	生活交通サービスと地域公共交通計画 Public Transport and Local Transport Plan
企画概要	バスや地方鉄道がビジネスとして成り立たなくなってきている地域では，生活交通サービスはもはやかつての｢産業資本｣ではなく｢社会資本｣としてとらえるべきと言える．全国の100超える地域で地域公共交通活性化再生法に基づく地域公共交通連携計画が策定されつつあることも，その一つの現れと言える．本企画論文部門では，地域が必要とする公共交通サービスを持続的に確保するための最新の技術的，制度的，計画論的知見を持ち寄り，地域公共交通計画策定への寄与を念頭に置きつつ，さまざまな観点から集中的な討議を行う．
企画概要(英訳)	In the regions where local bus and railway services are no longer profitable, local transport service should be recognized as an industrial capital but as an infrastructure. The current situation for starting local coordination planning in local transport in more than a hundred areas is an its appearance. Under this understanding, this session will give an opportunity to exchange the latest findings in technical, institutional, and planning development for improving sufficient base planning for local transport plan through intensive discussions.
