企画テーマ 企画テーマ(英訳)	途上国における土木計画・開発プロジェクト Infrastructure planning and development projects in developing countries
企画概要	多くの開発途上国においては，社会基盤施設の不足やその不適切なマネジメント等に起因して，生活環境の悪化，安全性の低下，交通混雑等の深刻な外部不経済等が発生している．これらは，途上国の経済成長の阻害，社会的不平等の拡大，局地的・全球的な環境問題等の深刻な問題を引き起こしている．これらの問題に対して，土木計画学がどのようにアプローチ可能であるかを，我が国の経験や途上国における事例を通して検討することを目的とする．セッションでは，これらの研究報告を通じて，今後の土木計画学の国際化のあるべき方向性について議論できれば幸いである．
企画概要(英訳)	Many developing regions are suffering from the bad living conditions, low level of safety/security and inefficient economic activities, which are mainly caused by the low quality of infrastructure and its inappropriate management system. These often lead to the low rate of economic growth, serious social inequity and local/global environmental impacts. The proposed session aims to discuss the feasibility to solve the above problems from the infrastructure planning viewpoints. It expects the practical reports and/or academic research regarding the planning, policy, management, analytical method, evaluation of development projects in developing regions/countries. Papers and presentations both in Japanese and English are welcomed.
