企画テーマ 企画テーマ(英訳)	地域のモビリティ確保に向けた総合的な施策推進支援のあり方 Effective instruments to promote comprehensive actions and measures for ensuring mobility at each local and regional level
企画概要	厳しい社会経済状況の中で地域活力を維持・向上するため，人々のアクティビティを拡大する地域のモビリティの確保は基本的かつ重要な要素となる．モビリティの確保に向けた総合的な調査，検討に当たっては，環境や福祉，まちづくり等各地域の政策目標（上位計画等の方針・目標）や地域の実情，制約条件を踏まえた複数の交通サービス案をゼロベースから検討し，選択することが重要である．本セッションでは，以上の認識の下，地域の課題解決に向けて総合的なモビリティ施策を検討・実施するに当たって必要となる�@ニーズや利用者動向の把握�A多様な主体の参画�B評価指標や方法の改善�C支援方策に関する実例や研究成果の発表・討議を行う．
企画概要(英訳)	Since ensuring mobility at each local and regional level can rise in the level of people’s activity, it is the basic and important factor that ensuring mobility shapes not only regional development but also peoples’ quality of life. When we conduct comprehensive surveys and studies regarding the actions for ensuring mobility, it is important that we make several proposals of transport service and choice the most effective plan from them. At the same time, the proposals should be considered from the start of the situation without any service provision, and take into account aims of local and regional policies (safeguard of our environment, welfare-oriented city planning, vitalization of urban centre etc.), existing situation and additional barriers such as financial resources. Based on the understanding of these backgrounds, in this session, presentation and discussion about studies and experiences regarding comprehensive actions and measures (See below) due to address local and regional issues will be done. �@identifying the needs and user’s travel, �A coordination and cooperation among various stake holders, �Bimproving indexes and method for evaluation, �Cexperiences and practices of instruments for promote.
