企画概要	自転車の,利用促進を目指し，他の手段を含めた安全・快適を向上させるような実践，計画，設計，現象分析等の研究を主題として集中して討議する．
企画概要(英訳)	This session is organized aiming at an intensive discussion on studies of practice, plan, design, and analysis of bicycle promotion to realize the comfort and safety for all road users in urban areas.
