企画テーマ 企画テーマ(英訳)	土地利用マイクロシミュレーション Land-use　micro-simulation
企画概要	人口減少，財政面の不安，社会構造の複雑化等を背景として，これまで以上に将来の不確実性が高まる中で，そのような状況に対応した新たな計画手法およびツールの開発が求められている．個々の世帯や個人の行動に着目したマイクロシミュレーションは，土地利用分野でも近年注目されており，欧米では，すでに実用化されているモデルも存在する．しかし，各主体の行動のモデル化，データ生成，アウトプットの解釈，計画実務における活用方法等，検討課題は多い．そこで，本セッションでは，平成２０年度春大会に引き続き，マイクロシミュレーション型土地利用モデルに関する課題や新たな提案等に関する集中的な討議を行う．
企画概要(英訳)	Uncertainty has been increasing with decrease of population, financial instability, complicating of social structure and so on. Therefore, new planning approach and tools are necessary in order to support decision making for adapting such a situation. Land-use modeling systems with the micro-simulation approach to modeling a household or individual behavior have been developed and practically used in US and Europe. However, we have many problems to be solved that include refinement of modeling, initial data generation, interpretation of output of the model, method of practical use in planning process and so on. In this session, these problems and direction to the solution about land-use micro-simulation approach would be extendedly discussed.
