企画テーマ 企画テーマ(英訳)	交通インフラ運営におけるコーディネーション Operational Coordination in Transportation Infrastructure
企画概要	近年，インフラストラクチャの整備，管理，運営に民間企業が関わることが増えている．都市整備プロジェクトの総合的なマネジメントを実施するという視点に立ったとき，公共主体や運営，整備を行う民間企業といった複数の主体間の適切な調整を図ることが重要となる．本セッションでは，特に交通に関連するインフラを対象として，施設運営における上下分離方式，民間企業による交通インフラの運営，道路資産の保有と運営，といったテーマを取り上げて，インフラを整備，管理，運営するにあたっての問題点や課題，その克服方法等について討議することを目的とする．その際，特に主体間のコーディネーション問題に着目する．
企画概要(英訳)	Not only public institutions, but also many private enterprises are involved in building, operation and management of infrastructure. It is necessary to coordinate agents appropriately who are involved in a project, for comprehensive management of urban planning projects. In this session, we discuss about problems of transportation infrastructure building, operation, and management, and methodologies to conquer them. Presentations about separation of infrastructure and operation, operation of infrastructure by private companies, and possession and operation of road assets will be made from a viewpoint of coordination between agents.
