企画テーマ 企画テーマ(英訳)	震後交通の計画・運用 Planning and Operation for Post-Earthquake Traffic
企画概要	地震被害が緊急活動，社会経済活動等を支える震後交通に及ぼす影響が大きくなると，二次的な被害が拡大することから，震後交通に地震が及ぼす影響を合理的に軽減することができる地震防災対策について検討していくことが重要である．提案する口頭発表セッションでは，地震が震後交通に及ぼす影響に関する実態調査や理論的考察，震後交通への地震の影響を考慮した事業継続計画，被害想定，震災対策事業の事業評価等に関しての発表を行い，今後の震災対策で考慮すべき震後交通について討議するものである．
企画概要(英訳)	Earthquake disaster could have great impact on post-earthquake traffic. The impact could severely disrupt emergency- and socio-economic activities, which leads to substantial indirect loss. Therefore, it is necessary to discuss earthquake disaster mitigation planning which enables efficient reduction of earthquake impact on traffic. In the proposed oral session, participants will make presentations on empirical- and theoretical studies for earthquake impact on traffic, and introductions of earthquake impact on traffic in business continuity planning, earthquake damage estimation and project evaluation for earthquake disaster mitigation. They discuss how post-earthquake traffic should be considered in earthquake disaster mitigation measurements.
