企画テーマ 企画テーマ(英訳)	土木計画のための景観研究を考える Architecture of landscape and environment research for Infrastructure planning
企画概要	景観法の施行後，歴史や文化，地域の個性が重視され，景観づくりには様々なまちづくり活動との連携が求められている．景観について考えることは，住民が主体となって自ら住まう地域に対する愛着や誇りを，自治体や行政との連携を実現するブレイクスルーとなりうる．本セッションでは，インフラストラクチャーのデザイン，マネジメントを担う土木計画のフィールドにおいて，どのような景観研究が必要とされるのか，様々な専門家（エリアマネジメント，景観設計・計画，リスクマネジメント，ガバナンスなど）が地域景観について議論する．また，実践的な景観マネジメントに繋がる景観研究を考えるためにも，広く実務者の方々にもご参加頂きたい．
企画概要(英訳)	After the operation of landscape act, it is important that inhabitants should understand the identity, history, and culture of area. And, it is necessary for community activities to cooperate with various activities. Inhabitants' considering a landscape takes the attachment and the pride over the area in which it lives itself, and it can serve as a breakthrough which realizes cooperation with an administration. By this session, various specialists (area management, landscape design and management, risk management, governance, etc.) argue about what kind of architecture of landscape and environment research is needed for a local area in the field of the infrastructure planning. Moreover, in order to consider the research which leads to practical landscape management, working-level participation is expected.
