Call for Papers
Journal, Infrastructure Planning Review,Vol.24

The Infrastructure Planning Committee calls for peer-reviewed papers for inclusion in the Journal, Infrastructure Planning Review Vol.24. Papers which have been presented at a Conference of Infrastructure Planning are qualified to be submitted for peer review. Various types of papers are expected to apply. Their focuses could include: comprehensive summaries of theories and their demonstrations, new academic or social issues, proposals of new theories and their development including practical applications, discussions on practical policies, and useful case studies. Those who have presented at the conference are encouraged to submit their papers.

Paper application for peer review:

For peer review, authors could submit papers which have been presented at a Conference of Infrastructure Planning as they are or improving them on the basis of discussions at the conference. Please make sure that paper submission method has changed from mailing to on-line submission of the manuscript data.

Paper submission requirements follow. Applying papers must be written in Japanese or English. Although the paper title and author information could be changed from those of the presented ones, a paper whose content greatly differs from that of the presented one might be declined. Submitted full papers must not substantially overlap papers that have been already published or that are simultaneously submitted to other journal or conference with proceedings, while an author can submit multiple papers. As the paper publication fee does not include the price of the Journal, Infrastructure Planning Review Vol. 24., subscription orders are necessary to purchase it. For subscription, please e-mail (hashimoto@jsce.or.jp) or fax (03-5379-0125) a subscription form (free format) in which items listing below are filled to the conference secretariat (attn. Hashimoto).
