Call for Papers
Journal, Infrastructure Planning Review,Vol.23

The Infrastructure Planning Committee headed by Prof. Norio OKADA, Graduate School of Engineering, Kyoto University calls for papers for peer review to be published in the Journal, Infrastructure Planning Review Vol.23. Papers which have been presented at a Conference of Infrastructure Planning are allowed to be submitted for peer review. Those who have presented their papers at the conference are encouraged to apply for the call for papers.

Paper application for peer review:
For peer review, authors are allowed to submit papers which have been presented at a Conference of Infrastructure Planning as they are or improving them on the basis of discussions at the conference. Paper submission requirements follow. Applying papers must be written in Japanese or English. Although the paper title and authors could be changed from those of the presented one, a paper whose content greatly differs from that of the presented one might be declined. Submitted full papers must not substantially overlap papers that have been published or that are simultaneously submitted to a journal or a conference with proceedings, while an author can submit multiple papers. As the paper publication fee does not include the price of the Journal, Vol 23., reservations are necessary to purchase it. Please fulfill the reservation application sheet which is attached to "Civil Engineering," JSCE's monthly magazine and send it to the Paper Publication Sub-Committee, Infrastructure Planning Committee, Japan Society for Civil Engineers by the due date of paper submission (March 31, 2006) as far as possible. Reservation of the Journal also can be made via e-mail. To reserve the Journal, e-mail the title of the publication (Infrastructure Planning Review, Vol 23.), no. of copies, applicant name, sending address, membership category, telephone no., and the name of the addressee of the invoice to the secretariat of the committee (hashimoto@jsce.or.jp). The special price of the Journal for advanced booking is JPY7,000/copy (shipping fee is included).
