n     Activity of Subcommittee on Ancient Roman Concrete

 

 

The Committee on Roman Concrete (Com-No. 114), is one of the special subcommittees in the Concrete Committee, Japan Society of Civil Engineers(JSCE). The purpose of this committee is to investigate the long-term durability of concrete, focusing especially on material phase.

  

 

 

 

n     JSCE-VIFCEA Joint Seminar on Concrete Engineering in Vietnam and Workshop

 

 

 

Japan Society of Civil Engineers(JSCE) – Vietnam Federation of Civil Engineering Associations(VIFCEA) held a Joint Seminar on Concrete Engineering in Vietnam and workshop on December 8th and 9th in Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology under Cooperation Agreement between JSCE and VIFCEA. Eleven papers were presented.

The Concrete Committee of Japan Society of Civil Engineers has published English version of the Specifications, Recommendations and Guidelines, Test Methods and so on. Some documents can be downloaded without charge from this site.
